The Lindley

I have lived here at the Lindley since the beginning of 2023 and have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the very beginning of my search for an apartment building, the property manager (Mike Kerdock) was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions and needs; he and his team made the entire process very smooth and straightforward. Inside the unit, the appliances and finishes are all top notch, and I absolutely love the soft touch drawers and cabinets (even in the bathroom). I have also been making good use of the gym and accompanying yoga/exercise room, which are both very roomy and well kept with tons of equipment for residents' use. My only service request was promptly taken care of in a timely and professional manner, so I have nothing but good things to say about the entire Lindley team and its property. A huge kudos to them!

I've called them two days in a row, to try and schedule a walk through and NOBODY has picked up. I'll take it as a sign that I should stay away from this place. I couldn't imagine being a resident here and not being able to get ahold of them. This is an update. I actually went into the building a couple of days ago. There was a woman at the front desk with a cheap lace front wig with orange lace, that gave me attitude immediately when she saw me. I came in around 4:30 and they close at 5 and she said to me. "There are no more tours for today." And I said "Okay, can I schedule another tour?" And she begrudgingly said "Yes" And then I said "Can I schedule the tour for tomorrow?" And once again she said yes with an attitude. After that, a very pleasant man with long beautiful locs assisted me in scheduling an appointment and showed me a couple of views around the apartment building. She stormed off while he was helping me. Although the man was very nice and respectful, I just couldn't stomach the thought of having to see that rude woman on a regular basis. It's like she didn't want me to live there. It was such a rude encounter.

If there is less than one star, I would give them 0 star to The Lindley. I know it’s fancy place but It was the worst experience for me and my family. Negative energy from people around you especially from people who works there. They make you feel like you live for free and they don't have stable rates of rent and they missed up your payment; so you better watch. On top of that they are not kids or family friendly. I don't recommend this place if you wanted to enjoy your life.
